Candle Care and Safety Guidelines
- Trim wick: Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use
- Placement: Avoid placing candle near fans or vents
- Movement: Do not touch or move the candle when lit
- Burn time: Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Never leave burning: Always extinguish before leaving room
- Heat-safe surface: Place on stable, heat-resistant surface
- Soy Wax Care: Make sure not to leave trimmed wick, debris, or matches in the melted wax.
- Keep clear: 12 inches clearance around and above candle
- Supervision: Never leave children or pets unattended with candles
- Extinguishing: Gently blow out the candle or use a snuffer; never use water. After using the candle make sure it is completely extinguished.
- Initial Burn: Allow the wax to fully melt to the container's edge. This will avoid tunnelling.
